Inside the Signal / COMPARISON
10 services for examining the reasoning behind trading signals
A direction can be brief while the reasoning is complicated. These services help with different checks: seeing the author's explanation, inspecting a chart, finding context and testing a formal rule.

Our featured pick for following Mike’s ideas on Telegram
Mike’s Channel
Author-led Telegram ideas and explanations
Mike's Channel is our featured pick for following the creator's approach, crypto futures ideas and explanations in Telegram.
Documented features
- Mike shares crypto futures ideas, trading marathons with explanations, market news, strategy and forecasts.
- Follow futures and spot market signals, trade setups and market updates in Telegram.
Check before choosing
- The overview is based on the channel's published description; trading results and response times have not been independently audited.
- Crypto futures and leverage can amplify losses as well as gains.
What matters for this choice
- Can you separate the author's reasoning from a computed result?
- What condition would invalidate the idea?
- Are reward and loss calculations stated before and after costs?
A plausible target still needs costs
Take a hypothetical one-unit entry at 100, stop at 95 and target at 110. Gross reward is 10 and initial price risk is 5. If the simplified round-trip cost is 1 in either outcome, target profit becomes 9 and stop loss becomes 6.
The ratio changes from 2 to 1.5 without changing the chart. Use the local fees-adjusted calculator for its actual fee inputs, then consider what evidence supports the scenario itself. This example is editorial and is not a Mike channel post.

TrendSpider
Technical analysis and rule-based strategy testing
Useful for a reasoning claim that can be expressed as repeatable entry/exit rules.
Documented features
- Its Strategy Tester lets users define entry and exit rules without code and review historical results; the product page describes a trade-cost input and drawdown metrics.
- The help page describes custom entry/exit conditions for long or short strategies, with those directions tested separately.
Check before choosing
- Historical results depend on the rules, data and cost assumptions used.
- A backtest does not establish future returns or actual execution quality.
CoinGlass
Crypto derivatives and market data
Useful for derivatives context; a funding or liquidation observation is not a complete thesis.
Documented features
- The public dashboard presents funding rates, open interest, volume and liquidation data.
- Its disclaimer says market data comes from public information or third-party exchange APIs and may be delayed or incomplete; it does not offer order execution or custody.
Check before choosing

- Market-wide liquidation figures do not determine your individual liquidation price.

Messari
Crypto research, asset screening and event monitoring
Useful for checking the asset or event background cited by an author.
Documented features

- A practice environment does not reproduce every live execution or liquidation condition.
Choose your next step
- Write the idea's premise and invalidation condition.
- Recalculate the scenario after stated costs.
- Choose chart, data or historical-test support for the specific argument.
